The team at Willsha Pools recently completed a pool remodel that turned out great! This project included a Grand Staircase, custom concrete work, and landscaping.
In this post, we will share some pictures as we progressed through the project.
This pool remodeling project was located in Westover Hills, which is a suburb of Fort Worth, Texas. Willsha Pools was tasked with designing and building the new outdoor living area as you will see below.
When we started this project, the pool looked like the following:
Our client wanted a completely different pool layout and style, so we started by removing the old pool shell and deck.
Once the old pool was removed, Willsha Pools dug and prepared for the new pool gunite shell.
Notice on the right hand side of the following picture, we also demolished a section of the brick wall for the Grand Staircase that you will see in a moment.
Pool Tile & Coping Remodel
For this pool remodel, we used custom molded cast coping and hand painted Spanish Lace tile.
Outdoor Grand Staircase
The Grand Staircase was capped with custom molded cast treads.
Pool Plaster & Surface
The pool surface was finished with a polished plaster called Breakwater PolishedScapes. Willsha Pools does a lot of pool resurfacing projects throughout the year, so our team is very familiar apply various marble and glass aggregates to pool surfaces.
The Finished Pool Remodel & Landscaping Project
The finished project was exactly what the client was looking for in their outdoor living area.
